Take-back conditions

We can only guarantee you a full refund if all items are returned in the same condition they were in when they were delivered. The items must not be damaged, soiled, altered or driven.

If items are still returned, the purchase amount will not be refunded and we will send the items back to you. Please also note our return period of 14 days. Outside the return period, we can not take back the items.

If your ordered product(s) should have a defect, please contact our customer service immediately after you have received them. You can also send us photos of the defect directly, so that we can find a solution for you as soon as possible!
